: (1) The fund shall remain in force until the Government of Nepal, on the recommendation of the committee, publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and cancels it.
(2) When the fund is canceled according to sub-section (1), the amount in the fund shall be deposited in the body designated by the Government of Nepal at the time of canceling the fund.
